• Variable Products: We specialise in customisable furniture. Please note that minor variations in colour, texture, and grain (particularly in fabric, natural wood and HDF materials) are inherent to the manufacturing process.

• Accuracy: We strive for accuracy in our product images and descriptions; however, we do not warrant that all specifications are error-free.

• Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an “invitation to treat.” A binding contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation and receive payment in full.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in material costs or currency.

• Payments must be made through our secure, PCI-compliant gateways. We do not store or share your full financial details.

• Title to the goods remains with Arlynton until full payment has been cleared.

5. Delivery and Risk

• Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or factors beyond our control.

• Risk of damage or loss passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Standard Items: Returns are accepted within seven (7) days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition.

• Custom/Modified Items: Items with custom dimensions or modifications (e.g., specific headboard heights or custom fabrics) are non-refundable unless they arrive defective.

• Defects: Claims for damaged or defective goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Arlynton shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our furniture or website.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product in question.

8. User Conduct

• You agree not to use our website for any illegal purpose or to transmit any malware, bots, or prohibited content.

9. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
